"Having approached 2 Estate Agents prior to meeting Scott Phillips I requested he visit 8 Rowlands Avenue Wollongong and give me an understanding of his opinion of the property. The two other agents who came to the property each took some days to get back to me and each forwarded me the exact same presentation with prices well below what I was prepared to sell the property for. When Scott came to the property I told him I was not interested in all that procedure and to give me an estimation of his value of the property. After perusing the property for some 30 minutes Scott’s estimation was $90,000 above one agent and $65,000 above the second one. How we sold in 1 week! We worked with Andrew Hedley and Justin Sydenham of Bevans Thirroul to sell our Thirroul house. I spoke with other local Real Estate agents before we chose Bevans.
